Bassam is a living, breathing, testament that cancer
does not equate death. That cancer is beatable with the
right medical team, the right practices, and the right
mindset.

He was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma at
the age of 29. He underwent one of the toughest
procedures, the Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), twice!
The first time was done using his own stem cells, which
unfortunately failed to cure him. Determined to have a
normal life, he underwent another BMT, taking Stem
cells from his dad. “I used to be A+, but after my
second BMT, my blood type became B+. Honestly, it
suits me better because I am always positive!”
