George was suffering from a severe headache for a
long time before he discovered, after an epileptic
episode, that he had a brain tumor at the age of 35. He
had to immediately undergo surgery followed by
chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Given that he wasn’t
prescribed stomach protection to be taken with chemo,
he suffered from severe complications post-treatment.
George emphasized the importance of not being scared
of asking for clarifications and going beyond to be
informed about the procedures, the processes, and
post treatment effect.

His journey with cancer didn’t end there. Shortly after,
his mom was diagnosed with colon cancer. Without
hesitation, he stepped up to support her and be there
for her as the sole caregiver for 2 years.
